Ingredients:

- A medium size cauliflower
- Onion - 1 Medium size
- Green chilli - 1 (Or Red dry chilli - 1 )
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Jeera - 1/2 tablespoon
- Mustard Oil - 3 tablespoon or as required
- salt - as required per taste
- Turmeric Powder
Steps to Prepare:
- Chop cauliflower into small pieces and wash it properly
- Chop onion into narrow pieces
- Keep the bowl on Gas Stove and pour oil. Keep it for 2-3 mins till it gets hot.
- Put Mustard, Jeera and chilli and fry it for 2-3 mins.
- Put Onion into it and fry for 5-6 mins.
- Put cauliflower pieces, add salt and turmeric powder as required.
- Mix it well, cover it and leave it with low flame for few mins.
- Check whether the cauliflower gets boiled or not, If required add lil water for boiling well.
- Once it boiled more than half, increase flame and stir it well for 5-10 mins.
- Turn off the Stove and Cover it and keep for few mins and then serve.
